WEATHER UPDATE (10:30AM 2/8/10) We are better staffed this morning but we are exepriencing high call volume.  There are more taxicabs in operating at this time and more are coming in service as the road conditions improve.   Thanks for your patience during these extreme conditions. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to restore our service to normal operating conditions.   

Now that you have discovered that you can request a cab online, please continue to do so.  We plan to add more user interactive features soon in the next application release.

Order a taxicab online for immediate dispatch or pre-schedule a pickup to any destination. Your cab request once entered will be sent directly to the automated dispatch system.  We require specific Pickup Address information to complete the request.  Please view the User Instructions before using the application. There is a $2.00 fee set by DCTC for all dispatched cab requests. Please note that all requests are subject to cab availability at the pickup time!!

Accounts: Click here or on the Accounts icon below to request service. Enter your account's assigned User ID and Password to complete the request. You can check the status, modify or cancel the request online.

Yellow Cab Co. can drop off passengers anywhere in the US. We can also pickup passengers from Montgomery and Arlington counties on a pre-arranged basis if the destination is the District of Columbia or a local area airport.
