Customers may report complaints to Yellow Cab Co. by calling 202-546-7900 (8:30am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri) 0r call 202-546 7904 (24-hours) or file the complaint online on the form below or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will promptly respond to you with one-business day to confirm receipt of the complaint and will complete the full investigation within 5-business days. You also have the right to directly report complaints to the DC Department of For-Hire Vehicles (DFHV). See DFHV Complaint Procedure
